Gentle Vinyasa: This class will combine the organic attentiveness of a gentle class with the continuous flow of vinyasa. We will explore variations of poses and key principles low to the ground, gradually working our way to standing and back down again. Level 1–2.
Gentle and Therapeutic Yoga: This is a slower-paced, relaxed class that unfolds gently, allowing practitioners, new and experienced, to develop their practice from a more organic, internal place. Excellent if you are injured, recovering from illness, or simply wanting a deep and gentle Yoga experience.
